Transfer of Medical Information

Every patient signs a prior written consent regarding the receipt of personal medical information via digital means (email, messenger, WhatsApp—according to their choice).

The clinic will not transfer or share personal information with any party without an explicit, written request from the patient.

Requests from Legal Entities

Requests for the disclosure of medical information from authorities, courts, or attorneys will only be answered upon receipt of a written request accompanied by a medical confidentiality waiver, or pursuant to a court order. Responding to such requests may involve a fee depending on the volume of material. Outdated or unnecessary documents are shredded on-site by clinic staff only.

Data Security

Clinic staff undergo ongoing guidance regarding confidentiality maintenance, including during phone conversations and document handling. Clinic computers are secured with individual passwords to prevent unauthorized access. The clinic premises are secured with locking mechanisms, a connected alarm system, and fire detection and extinguishing systems integrated into the building infrastructure.
